Chief Operating Officer COO- New Position

The COO is the senior responsible person second who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager.

Part 1: Vacant Position Detail

Key Role:

The COO is entrusted with a fundamental role to lead and align the operational and strategic functions of SINPF. To deliver sound advises on strategic and operational matters, effective supervision of the Risk Management Framework, Policies and Procedures, Business Continuity and the Governance framework to drive staff productivity inclusively

COO Key Result Areas –To supervise, manage and coordinate the day to day operations of all departments of SINPF and include the following;

Provides sound operation and Strategic advice to the SINPF Management team
Ensure governance policy and procedure and Risk Management
Adopt effective best fit executive office frameworks to thrive a competitive edge.
Develop, lead and manage a high performing team culture through critical analysis and networking with excellence in stakeholder management.

Required Qualification/Experience & Skill

Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics
At least 10 years of work experience in related fields
