SINPF

Investments Overview

How SINPF stewards member contributions across domestic, international, and property portfolios.

The Solomon Islands National Provident Fund manages member contributions with a long-term view: preserving capital, generating steady returns, and ensuring benefits are available when members need them.

How we invest

Contributions are pooled and deployed across three complementary portfolios: domestic equities and fixed income, international investments, and property assets. Diversifying across asset classes and geographies helps smooth returns and manage risk over the decades that members are contributing.

Portfolio structure

  • Domestic Portfolio equities, fixed income, and strategic holdings anchored in the Solomon Islands economy.
  • International Portfolio regional and global exposure that broadens returns and reduces concentration in any single market.
  • Properties commercial and residential real estate that generates rental income and long-term capital growth.

Governance

Investment decisions are guided by the Board of Trustees and executed by the Fund Management Team, following an investment policy that prioritises the interests of members. Performance is reviewed regularly and reported in our annual reports.
